HDT National Rally

When we left Colorado we headed to Hutchinson, Kansas to attend the HDT National Rally. This is a gathering of RVers that haul their RV around with something bigger than a 1-ton pickup. This was our first year of attending this rally. We haul our RV around with and International 4700LP truck.
We arrived early while there was a Good Sam Rally being held at the Kansas State Fairgrounds so we had to park in overflow space.

We were there for about 5 days and moved into a regular RV space when the Good Sam Rally vacated on Sunday. We were there for another week before the HDT Rally officially began. We took some time to walk through downtown Hutchinson on a Saturday to see a classic car/hot rod show.

We spent another day to tour the Strataca salt mine.

On Friday of the rally we lined all the trucks up for a group picture.

We had a great time and met many good people.
