March 25th 2013 John retired from the work force and started working getting the house ready to sale. After the next 5 weeks he said he had worked harder than he had the prior 2 years.
The house was listed for sale early in May 2013 and the sale closed on the 12th of September.
We moved into the retirement home on the 6th of September and have been living the life of full-time RVers since.

Sharon still works keeping the books via the internet but only 2 to 4 hours per day and she decides when those hours will be.
During the moving process, John fell and injured his right shoulder requiring surgery to repair the damage. That has thrown a monkey wrench in the plans, but those plans were only in pencil anyway.
Our first stop was at Ocean Mist in Ocean City, Wa where we spent the day with Doug and Kaye Brady.

We then went down to Florence, OR to spend some time with Nancy and Wade Newton, Sharon's sister and brother-in-law.
Sharon presented Nancy with a charm bracelet that was made from parts of their mother's bracelet.
